- At least 5 years of experience in software sales to mid-market and enterprise companies
- A consistent track record – you haven't just hit your targets, you've regularly exceeded them
- You proactively engage strategic decision-makers and senior leaders

- Outstanding communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive would be a plus!)

- Knowledge of structured sales methodologies is a plus (e.g. Value Selling, MEDDICC, SPICED, Challenger)
