- You design and architect new features and manage their development all the way from concept to production.
- You look after junior developers, mentor them with in-depth code reviews, pair programming and ongoing technical guidance.
- You manage our CI/CD pipeline including test systems and steadily improve supporting backend development services.
- You work very close with our frontend team on designing backend-frontend-communication.
- You report directly to our CTO on a weekly basis.

- You have at least three years experience with Ruby on Rails.
